Hello, & Welcome, This is your apply IAS, We have all came to cross many fundamental rights but this one is unique and it relates to the colours of India. Got confused with colours, India is well Known for its "Unity in Diversity", we have different culture and language starting with "Tamil" in Kanniyakumari to "Dogri" in Jammu. We have a different culture that needs to be protected and preserved. These fundamental rights give protection of culture.



Article 29: Any person residing in any part of the country has its own culture and language have the right to conserve them

Article 30: Right to establish and administer their own educational institutions.

Like I said before every person has their own culture, why even you and me behaving different culture and language.

Article 30: Right to establish and administer their own educational institutions.

Minorities(Both religion & Language) have the right to establish and administer their own educational institution. This educational institution is classified into three, such as,

An institution that requires aid and recognition from the state(Government)

An institution that requires recognition from the state but not aid from the state.

An institution that not require recognition and aid from the state.

The first two institutions needed to accept the syllabus and pattern of exams adopted by the Government of India. The Final one need not follow the syllabus and pattern but need to follow certain rules like the taxes, building codes etc.
